Psychological Coaching
Coaching is a method of unlocking a person’s potential, to enable them to reach optimum levels of performance, development and learning. Psychological coaching is a model of coaching which is underpinned by other psychological approaches, such as Behaviourism, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Positive Psychology, as well as many others. Psychological coaching is a method of coaching designed to enhance well-being; to be able to accomplish this, any and all psychological blocks have to be dealt with. Psychological coaching can help those with performance anxiety, by dealing with the blocks that are causing the anxiety; it can also aid performance excellence, helping people to stay ahead of the game.

  • Restlessness/easily tired

My preferred method of coaching incorporates Behaviourist Coaching, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Solution Focused Coaching, and some aspects of Psychodynamic Coaching. These models of coaching can each be applied separately, but they can also be applied in conjunction with each other, depending on the nature of the coaching problem.
